Skills You’ll Need
Risk Assessment:
Ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards in crane and heavy-haul operations.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Deep understanding of OSHA, DOT, and industry-specific safety standards.
Leadership & Communication:
Skills in leading safety training, coordinating audits, and effectively communicating policies to all levels of the organization.Understand and explain safety rules (like OSHA)Great communication and presentation skills
