A Structured Giving campaign to support the SC&RF’s programs.<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

A substantial endowment will help the SC&RF ensure that funds will be available in perpetuity to assist individuals in receiving training to advance their career in the industry; that necessary, industry-specific research is funded to provide a foundation for advocacy efforts;  and workforce development initiatives are developed to provide effective awareness and recruiting for the industry.  <\/p>\n

As with most funds, a portion of the gain and earnings derived from the invested funds that comprise the SC&RF endowment are used each year in accordance with the endowment spending policy established by our Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

General Endowment <\/strong><\/h3>\n

This fund is used to meet a variety of organizational purposes that include helping to meet annual operating expenses, supplement targeted programs and services that do not have full endowment funding, and make possible activities that enhance the overall quality of programs.<\/p>\n

Educational Assistance Endowment
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The funds provide academic support and tuition assistance (scholarships) for individuals who demonstrate a need or aptitude to excel in the crane, rigging and specialized transport industry.<\/p>\n

Research Endowment <\/strong><\/h3>\n

This fund supports research and related activities to benefit the crane, rigging and specialized transportation industry.<\/p>\n

Workforce Endowment <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Funds support workforce development activities, events, education and programs to raise industry awareness, promote career opportunities and member company partnerships with their schools and communities. This fund is restricted\/earmarked.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tLegacy Endowment Fund\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

A Legacy endowment can be established within any endowment category. This allows a donor and their friends, family, company or institution to leave a lasting legacy for the particular program area in which they have an interest in perpetuating.  Legacy endowment donors receive an annual report of their named endowment’s fair value and annual distribution from the fund.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLearn More\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t
