Grant Winners Find Value in Financial & Risk Management Forum

Congratulations to the SC&R Foundation’s August grant winners. Michael Morgan, president, Pit Row Services, and Anna Prinsen, owner, Modern Crane Services, plan to put their grant money toward attending the SC&RA Financial & Risk Management Forum. Deborah Murphy, Deer Park, TX, was a recipient of the NCCCO Continuing Education Grant and plans to pursue a Mobile Crane Operator Program with CICB and take several NCCCO exam certifications, including Mobile Crane Operator and Overhead Crane Operator.

The SC&R Foundation is pleased to announce CICB (Crane Inspection & Certification Bureau) has joined their Partners in Education program offering $45,000 in courses at their facilities in TX and FL. Individuals are reminded that grants are open to the public and need not be related to an SC&RA member company. The next grant deadline is October 31. Courses from all Partners in Education, NCCCO, ITI, CICB and ATS, are available during this grant round. Visit www.scr-foundation.org for information.
